Hëda is seeking a Doctor of Optometry to serve as a Regional Float Optometrist across the Greater Madison area. You will provide full-scope optometry at multiple clinics with support staff and modern technology, while leadership handles administrative tasks.

This full-time position offers a base salary of $145,000–$155,000 plus float/travel stipends, production bonuses, and strong professional growth benefits, including CE reimbursement and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in Wisconsin.
• Strong clinical skills and passion for full-scope optometry.
• High adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills to work with multiple clinic support teams.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, multi-location primary care network.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope optometric services across multiple clinic locations within the regional network.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
• Focus on clinical care while utilizing provided prescreening and technical support at each site.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinic support teams across locations.
