Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited optometry program.
• Licensed or eligible for Ohio Optometrist licensure.
• Strong clinical skills focused on medical-based optometry.
• Ability to travel between Greater Columbus sites.
• Comfort working in a dynamic primary care setting.

Responsibilities
