Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Regional Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers in the region.

You will float between locations, delivering compassionate nursing care and assisting residents with daily living activities while maintaining high safety standards. The role requires completing a state-approved CNA program, English communication, basic computer skills, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program is required.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn is required.
• Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
