Job summary

Genesis is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) float nurses for a pool across affiliated skilled nursing centers in the Marlinton area. You will cover a minimum of two shifts per week with the option for full-time hours depending on open shifts, delivering reliable nursing care and supporting patient comfort.

As a Regional Float CNA, you will perform patient care activities, meet clinical outcomes, and ensure patient and family satisfaction while maintaining certification with at least 12

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program is required.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors at the work site.
• Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
