Job summary

Ruan is seeking a Regional Flex CDL Driver based in Raleigh, NC. The role covers travel to multiple operations to provide coverage and support for busy locations. Compensations include a competitive $40 per hour rate and strong annual earnings potential.

Drivers will work up to six days per week with a 50-hour guarantee, typically starting around late afternoon to evening. Equipment includes a 26' box truck with liftgate/rail gate, and loading of carts is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• Must create a profile in the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before hire.

About the Job

Ruan is hiring a Class A CDL flex driver for our fleet based out of Raleigh, NC. This driver will travel to operations and support the locations that are in need of extra coverage. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at [phone].

Pay

• Earn $40 per hour straight time
• $104,000 - $120,000 average annual

Schedule

Driver will be out up to five weeks at a time and home for one week. Start times will vary based on customer needs but typically start between 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. Driver will be working 6 days per week, 50 hours guarantee per week. Must have real ID for travel. Will assist operations across the country as needed (OTR routes, home daily routes, startups, etc.).

Equipment

Drive a 26' box truck with liftgate/48' rail gate with day cab and other equipment depending on operation driver is supporting. Driver load and unload carts of product.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
