Job summary

G.E.X Transport is seeking CDL A drivers for regional flatbed routes with weekend home time. Trainees must have 1 year of OTR or regional experience; experienced drivers need at least 6 months flatbed plus 1 year OTR/regional experience.

Account pays $1,400–$1,600 per week with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced flatbed drivers. Home time is regional, weekends at home, with 5 days out and 2 days home.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 22
• Clean MVR and background checks
• Pass DOT drug screen (urine)
• Moving violations: no more than 3 in 3 years
• Accidents: no more than one at fault
• Recent at-fault rollover in past year
• Felonies/Misdemeanors: will review
• DUI/DWI: none in past 5 years
• Trainee: none in past 3 years (based on conviction date)

Responsibilities

• Tarpping and strapping down loads
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and deliver freight on time
