Job summary

System Transport is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for regional flatbed driving opportunities. You will haul glass, steel, aluminum, and other building materials, with a focus on getting home most weekends.

The company offers a strong pay package and comprehensive benefits, including orientation pay and a transition bonus. New drivers can train through a structured orientation program in Spokane, WA, and will join a team with accessorial pay, a 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Must have a valid Class A driver’s license (CDL-A)
• REQUIRED: 6+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
• REQUIRED: A safe driving record on the road
• REQUIRED: Must be 21 years of age or older
• REQUIRED: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• REQUIRED: Background check required
• REQUIRED: A clean drug test required
• REQUIRED: Clean clearinghouse results required
• REQUIRED: For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. System Transport will test this during orientation, and flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads. (this is required)

Responsibilities

• Transport important goods and materials on regional and OTR routes.
• Operate late-model equipment with modern safety technology.
• Provide reliable, safe transportation with a focus on home weekends when possible.
• Adhere to company policies and safety requirements while delivering loads.
