System Transport in Springfield, IL is hiring CDL-A regional flatbed drivers for high pay and steady home time. Full-time positions with routes in the Midwest, regional opportunities, and a $1,018.63–$2,152.27 weekly pay package plus comprehensive benefits.

New graduates welcome through 9/30/2026; orientation includes a $1,000 portion of a $1,800 transition package. Excellent home time, per-load pay, and rider policies support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Needs valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have safe driving record.
• Background and drug tests required.
• Clear Clearinghouse report.
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years.
• 6+ months driving experience required.
• Ability to tarp 90-lb loads during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional flatbed routes in the Midwest.
• Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum and machinery.
• Follow safety and compliance requirements.
• Report per company policies and maintain logs.
