Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CFP designation required.
• 5+ years of experience delivering financial plans or wealth strategies to HNW clients.
• Strong knowledge in tax and estate planning strategies.
• Proficiency with planning platforms (Morgan Stanley tools, MoneyGuidePro or equivalent).
• Current active Series 7 and 66.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to deliver comprehensive planning for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Create personalized financial plans using cash-flow and goals-based tools.
• Lead client-facing planning conversations, clarifying trade-offs and risks.
• Coach Financial Advisors to integrate planning into wealth management workflows.
• Track planning engagement metrics and contribute to firm growth.
