Job summary

Find Great People | FGP in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking a Regional Controller who will oversee financial operations across multiple locations and partner with leaders to drive performance.

Based in the Seattle area, you will guide forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, develop a high-performing finance team, and translate financial data into actionable insights for operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Has multi-unit finance or accounting leadership experience.
• Understands how to translate financial data into business insights.
• Enjoys building relationships across operations and leadership teams.
• Has a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Brings strong GAAP, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• CPA preferred.
