Inizio Engage has partnered with a specialty pharmaceutical company to recruit Regional Field Support Representatives who will promote products across high-priority territories. This field-based role requires travel, engages with primary care physicians, ENTs, and allergists, and supports sales and educational efforts within a defined region.

You will build advocacy through clinical engagements, demonstrate product knowledge, and navigate market access to drive uptake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience; B2B sales preferred.
• ENT and Allergy experience preferred; Launch Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and own automobile with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support key territories within assigned region.
• Educate Primary Care Physicians, ENTs, and Allergists.
• Develop advocacy through clinical and strategic engagements.
• Demonstrate therapeutic and product knowledge, including mechanism of action, efficacy, safety, and competitive landscape.

• Travel extensively within region, with occasional overnight stays as needed.
