Top Tempo Technical in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on Regional Field Service Manager to lead a team of biomedical technicians while performing PMs, diagnostics, and repairs on-site.

This working manager role balances field work with mentorship, travel across the region, and ensuring safety standards and timely service to hospitals and clinics.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) or field service technician in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment maintenance, repair, and safety standards.
• Infusion pump knowledge a plus.
• Experience leading or mentoring other technicians (formal or informal).
• Comfortable with regional travel and daily field work.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

Full-Time | $75,000 + Travel | Field-Based Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Biomedical Regional Field Service Manager who thrives in the field. This is a working manager role—you’ll spend the majority of your time onsite performing PMs, troubleshooting, and repairs on biomedical equipment, while leading and supporting a team of technicians.

What You’ll Do
