Job summary

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Regional Events & Account Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead field marketing initiatives and optimize partnerships with Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and Costco. You will coach store teams, translate data into strategy, and drive revenue growth across key retail channels.

The role requires 3–5 years in field marketing, 2+ years of people leadership, and strong analytics. Travel to stores within the territory is required; compensation starts at $75,000+ with a generous bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in field marketing, trade marketing, events, or big-box partnership management.
• 2+ years leading and developing a team, including hiring and performance management.
• Proven track record of revenue growth in retail or in-store environments.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire a team of Field Marketing Representatives.
• Coach in-store staff and build lead-generation capabilities.
• Develop onboarding training and ongoing skills development content.
• Forecast budgets, manage event costs, and monitor store performance.
• Present weekly and monthly business reviews with actionable insights.
