Job summary

Jacuzzi Group is seeking an Events & National Account Manager to lead our Field Marketing Event team and manage partnerships with Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and Costco. The role drives revenue, lead generation, and store-level execution across an assigned territory, coaching in-store teams and translating performance data into strategic business reviews.

You will develop training content, measure effectiveness, and partner cross-functionally to ensure high-quality leads and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into a business narrative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive-level presentations.
• Experience with CRM and lead management platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of Field Marketing Event team and retail partnerships (Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Costco).
• Coach store associates and leadership to drive revenue and lead generation.
• Develop and refresh in-store training content reflecting new products and promotions.
• Create strategic plans and monitor weekly/monthly lead targets and ROI.
• Forecast and manage budgets for field activity spend and events.
