About Us:

We’re a fast-growing, high-performance home remodeling company on a mission to deliver top-tier service to homeowners—and we’re looking for a Regional Field Canvassing Manager to help us expand our impact. Our sales culture is competitive, team-driven, and focused on results, growth, and mentorship. If you’re passionate about leading teams, coaching in the field, and building something that matters, this role is for you.

As the Regional Field Canvassing Manager, you’ll lead a team of field canvassers who generate qualified appointments for our sales reps. Your focus is on training, developing, and supporting your team to drive performance—and leading by example out in the field, shoulder-to-shoulder with them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Develop: Coach canvassers through daily field training, riding along with teams, and developing future leaders
• Interview Candidates: Conduct interviews to help identify and select top-tier canvassers for your region
• Train for Excellence: Facilitate both classroom and field training to help new hires master pitch, objection handling, and lead generation
• Drive Performance: Monitor daily KPIs, manage accountability, and foster a high-energy, performance-based culture
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Director of Canvassing and Sales Leadership to align regional goals with company objectives
• Travel Regionally: Be in the field across your assigned region, supporting new office launches, underperforming markets, and team development
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have proven experience in field canvassing or door-to-door sales
• Leadership and management experience with a team of field canvassers or a team of door-to-door salespeople
• Strong background in coaching, team development, and field training
• High-energy, hands-on leader who leads from the front
• Willingness to work in the field hand-in-hand with the canvassing team
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills
• Metrics-driven mindset with a passion for growth
• Willingness to travel regionally and work non-traditional hours
• Experience working shows and events as a canvasser a plus
  
  

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position works in the field with canvassers.
