Dobson Communications Corporation seeks an OSP Regional Engineering Manager in Oklahoma City to lead teams designing, building, and maintaining fiber telecom networks. You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality across FTTH projects, coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure safe, compliant field execution.

You will mentor staff, review designs, and drive standards while bridging engineering with construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering/related field
• Leadership & team development
• Project management (budgeting, scheduling)
• Strong communication with technical & non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with telecom standards, FTTH, and GIS tools

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor OSP engineers/technicians; set priorities and allocate workloads.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources for network builds (aerial/underground).
• Ensure designs meet telecom standards; perform design reviews and field validations.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, leadership, and contractors; provide updates and resolve issues.
• Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors; support bid walks and site closeouts.
• Develop and enforce engineering standards, workflows, QA processes; manage permits and compliance.
• Apply deep knowledge of OSP design (fiber, conduit, pole lines) and GIS tools.
