Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Regional Facility Engineer to lead and support the Facility Engineers within a defined region. You will oversee maintenance, safety, and operational standards across clubs, while mentoring staff and ensuring timely repairs.

You will manage inspections, prioritize repairs, and ensure CMMS data accuracy. The role requires extensive HVAC and building maintenance expertise and a commitment to high-quality facility operations.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree in a related field.
• 7-10 years HVAC repair and building maintenance experience.
• Certifications: Certified Pool Operator, Universal CFC, boiler and pressure vessel licenses.
• Ability to work in a club setting and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections of repairs, maintenance of HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical systems and recreational pools
• Verifies chemistry and temperature control checks of pools to comply with requirements
• Responds to and prioritizes repair requests; responds to emergencies
• Supervises, trains, develops, and assesses facility engineers to ensure growth
• Recruits and interviews for additions to staff and makes hiring recommendations
• Ensures CMMS activity is accurately maintained and utilized
• Reports activity of all clubs to Facilities Engineering Department

Position Summary

The Regional Facility Engineer is responsible for an assigned region's Facility Engineers. This includes providing ongoing training and support to the Facility Engineers to ensure building maintenance and standards are met.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Performs inspections of repairs, maintenance of HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical systems and recreational pools
• Verifies chemistry and temperature control checks of recreational pools to comply with state, local and company requirements
• Responds to and prioritizes repair requests, responds immediately to emergency repairs
• Supervises, trains, develops, and assesses facility engineers to ensure continuous growth through orientations, direction, and feedback
• Recruits and interviews for additions to staff and makes hiring and promotion recommendation
• Ensures all CMMS activity is being accurately maintained and utilized
• Reports activity of all clubs to Facilities Engineering Department

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to life more than 20 lbs
• Ability to follow-through on deliverables and pay attention to details in the midst of multiple projects and deadlines
• 2 year college degree in a related field
• 7-10 years HVAC repair and building maintenance experience
• Certified Pool Operator, Universal CFC, State boiler, pressure vessel operating licenses
