Job summary

Midnight Management, Inc is seeking a Regional Facilities Technician to maintain and repair properties in Marquette County and surrounding areas. The role blends hands-on maintenance with vendor coordination and travel up to 12 months a year.

You will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with store launches and projects as needed, ensuring safety standards and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with general building trades including plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams and vendors.
• Minimum 3 years experience in facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Respond to work orders and urgent after-hours requests.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized issues beyond in-house capabilities.
• Inspect and schedule preventative maintenance for properties.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety standards and local regulations.
