Job summary

Uline is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead our facilities team across a growing footprint of distribution centers. You will oversee maintenance, grounds and custodial staff, plan budgets and capital projects, and ensure facilities run smoothly with strong leadership across multiple locations.

Bachelor's degree is required with a Master’s preferred; 10+ years of experience in large warehouse/retail environments and CMMS experience. Domestic and international travel will be needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse teams of facilities staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and leadership.
• Accurately plan budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Audit and inspect buildings, sites and equipment for appearance, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Develop policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, set-up, maintenance and repair.
