Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager in Allentown, PA. You will lead our facilities team across a growing footprint of distribution centers and ensure operations run like well-oiled machines.

This on-site role requires 10+ years in facilities management of large warehouses, budgets over $5 million, and travel to Uline locations. A Bachelor's degree is required, master's preferred, and CMMS experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
• Experience managing budgets above $5 million.
• Willingness to travel to domestic and international locations.
• Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities staff including maintenance, grounds, and custodial teams.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and provide leadership.
• Plan budgets, capital expenses, and projects.
• Audit and inspect buildings, sites, and equipment for maintenance needs.
• Develop policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, setup, maintenance and repair.
