Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Facilities Support Specialist for the Bay Area, responsible for maintenance across multiple properties within the region. The role covers make-readies, work orders, curb appeal, and routine safety/compliance tasks to meet company standards.

The position requires travel between properties, hands-on maintenance, and coordination with vendors, with a flexible schedule and attendance at on-site operations. Compensation ranges from $33–$35 per hour.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to have flexibility with working schedule.
• Ability to work a schedule during normal work hours and that may be other than Monday-Friday, 8-5.
• Consistent, regular and in person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace is required.

Responsibilities

• Travels between properties within a designated region to assist with makereadies, workorders, and capex projects.
• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per standards.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing, conducts pre-move-out inspections, and schedules vendors.
• Obtains materials, tracks inventory, and notifies management for re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests promptly and accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by fixing parts rather than replacing when possible.

Education
