Job summary

Movement is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities to oversee day-to-day operations for a multi-site region, ensuring top-notch gym upkeep and project delivery. You will manage a facilities team, budgets, and capital improvements while coordinating with the Facilities Director and senior leaders.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel regularly to regional gyms across the DMV, Chicago, and other markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities or operations teams in a multi-location environment.
• Budgets and CAPEX project management experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly to regional gyms and other regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations within the region.
• Manage facilities team and budgeting; approve expenses and set priorities.
• Lead capital improvements and project management across facilities in the region.
• Monitor Asana projects and ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Hire, train, and manage facility associates in partnership with the Facility Director.
