H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 offices and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, execution, team performance, and business results.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, lead staffing and operations, monitor metrics, and ensure office readiness. This hands-on leader balances strategic oversight with in-office presence to drive growth,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations with performance accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations including labor management.
• Ability to adapt to change and adopt new processes.
• Comfort with travel between offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices with high standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to reinforce strengths and close gaps.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure scheduling, labor management, and SOP adherence across locations.
• Travel frequently to maintain in-person presence.
