Job summary

Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA) seeks a Regional Executive Director - West to oversee operations across the Pacific Northwest, Southwest, Northern and Southern California, and San Diego Divisions. This full-time role reports to the CEO and works with Division Boards to advance programs and events.

The ED will travel as needed, manage budgets, supervise membership initiatives, coordinate meetings, and partner with committees to drive growth of the RSPA network nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and nonprofit experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with volunteer leaders and boards in a nonprofit or association.
• Ability to travel and engage across regional and national teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to attract, onboard and retain members across regions.
• Plan and execute regional events, meetings and workshops with volunteers.
• Develop budgets, track expenses and report financials to the National Office.
• Coordinate communications and marketing with national teams and divisional leadership.
• Support board governance, agendas and regional programming.
