Job summary

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of senior leadership in ID/A or similarly regulated settings, with experience supervising managers, developing leaders, budgeting, and building community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Services, Healthcare Admin, Business Admin, Psychology, Social Work, Public Admin, Organizational Leadership).
• Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in ID/A or a highly regulated service environment.
• Experience supervising managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, quality management, budgeting, and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and accountability for programs across multiple counties.
• Translate priorities into measurable regional goals and scorecards.
• Monitor performance, staffing, service utilization, documentation and quality indicators.
• Develop relationships with counties, stakeholders, and referral sources.
• Balance growth with service quality, compliance, and financial sustainability.
