Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist to lead end-to-end execution of virtual and live events across the Americas, including summits, talks, webinars, and hospitality activations. You will partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Integrated Marketing to manage the regional events calendar and cross-functional campaign timing.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B event marketing, strong project management, and travel suitability (10%+).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B marketing and event marketing experience, including hands-on management of virtual and live events.
• Experience managing event logistics end to end, including platform setup, registration, speaker coordination, venue sourcing, catering, signage, swag, and on-site execution.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Can Expect

As the Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist, you will lead end-to-end execution of high-impact virtual and live events across the Americas, including virtual summits, tech talks, webinars, and exclusive customer hospitality activations. Working closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Integrated Marketing teams, you will own the regional events calendar and serve as the central coordination hub for cross-functional campaign timing, deliverables, and operational rigor across all stakeholders. About the Team

The Events Marketing team sits within Americas Field Marketing and owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of Zoom's most impactful customer and prospect experiences. We partner closely with Sales, Channel, Integrated Marketing, and Industry teams to turn events into a strategic lever for pipeline and revenue growth across the US, Canada, and Latin America. As virtual and hybrid engagement continues to grow in importance, our team is committed to delivering seamless digital experiences that extend Zoom's brand reach well beyond the physical room.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination for virtual programs including virtual customer experience events, digital engagement series, online customer community activations, and virtual executive briefings.
• Own the coordination of event campaign creation, partner with field marketing managers on sales enablement, and collaborate with marketing operations to build event landing pages and schedule pre- and post-event email communications.
• Serve as the central communications hub across the marketing team, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies across Field Marketing, ABM, Channel, Demand Generation, Integrated Marketing, and Industry teams.
• Own the regional marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with the broader AMER marketing plan.
• Track program performance across attendee engagement, NPS, pipeline influence, and brand sentiment.
• Develop post-event insights and recommendations to continuously elevate the event portfolio.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B marketing and event marketing experience, including hands-on management of virtual and live events, webinars, and hospitality events.
• Demonstrated experience managing event logistics end to end, including platform setup, registration management, speaker coordination, venue sourcing, catering, signage, swag, event technology setup, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, maintain detailed timelines, and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned without constant oversight.
• Willingness to travel 10%+ and comfort with the pace and demands of live event execution.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

$65,400.00 - $158,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
