Job summary

Resource Label Group, LLC is seeking a Regional Estimating Manager for the East Region. The role leads a regional team of estimators across multiple manufacturing sites producing folding cartons, commercial print, labels, and leaflets.

You will standardize estimating processes, drive pricing accuracy, and partner with Sales, Customer Service and Manufacturing to support margins. Ideal candidates are centrally located near a site in the East Region (Buffalo, NY; Commack, NY; Garner, NC; Peabody,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years estimating experience in printing/packaging
• Minimum 3 years leadership/supervisory experience
• Knowledge of cost accounting, material estimation and production planning
• Proficiency with estimating software, ERP systems, and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team of estimators across East Region.
• Establish standardized estimating methodologies for all sites.
• Review and approve complex estimates for multiple product lines.
• Analyze RFQs and bids with cross-functional teams to resolve questions.
• Compute material and labor requirements for planning across print platforms.
• Develop standard pricing methodologies and price breaks.
• Maintain centralized cost estimating databases and work with cost accounting.
• Conduct post-job cost analysis and drive cost reduction.
