Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. seeks a Sustainability Leader to drive a multisite program across all Wis-Pak sites. You will develop policies, coordinate with leadership, and implement auditing to ensure program adherence.

The role requires three to five years of hands-on sustainability experience, strong training and communication skills, and the ability to travel at least 50% of the time. A technical degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining multisite sustainability programs.
• Ability to develop training programs and communications; knowledge of Environmental Social Governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and audit sustainability policies across Wis-Pak sites.
• Collaborate with leadership and external stakeholders to build a sustainability road map.
