Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, natural resources, environmental engineering, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant environmental consulting or regulatory agency experience.
• Experience with Illinois Tollway, IDOT, INDOT, and rail projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NEPA documentation and permitting efforts for infrastructure, transportation, power, and water projects.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies (USACE, USFWS, EPA, state and local authorities).
• Lead field investigations, wetland delineations, and endangered species assessments.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and ensure project delivery meets regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and certify technical reports, CE/EA documents, and permit applications.
