Earth Systems is seeking an Environmental Field Technician in Midland, TX. The role blends hands-on fieldwork with project coordination to support remediation, site assessment, and compliance projects across the Midland region.

Responsibilities include soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling, field reporting, and coordinating with Project Managers and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule. This developmental role offers potential growth into Project Coordinator and future Project Manager

Formación

• 1–3 years of environmental field experience (remediation, assessment, or compliance).
• Experience with environmental sampling, field documentation, or site work.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and active job site conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsabilidades

• Perform fieldwork including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling.
• Support drilling activities and subcontractor oversight in the field.
• Assist with site setup, maintenance, and demobilization.
• Maintain field notes, logs, and documentation.
• Support regulatory documentation and reporting efforts.
• Ensure field activities align with permits and safety requirements.
• Communicate field updates and progress to Project Managers.
