Regional Environmental Assessment and Preliminary Design Lead – Greater Toronto Region
We are reinventing our Greater Toronto Civil Infrastructure team. Join our culture of empowerment and collaboration in the critical infrastructure unit. Parsons is recognized for planning and designing transportation projects in the region, respected for strong technical skills, solid project delivery, and excellent performance.
We seek an Environmental Assessment (EA) & Preliminary Design (PD) Lead to expand our business in the GTA and Ontario. The successful candidate will have hands-on project management experience with Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and regional/municipal EA and preliminary design projects on roads, highway widening, and interchange modifications. You will manage the overall EA & PD portfolio on MTO and municipal projects and play a key role in growing our EA & PD business. Currently working with the MTO and multiple regions, we aim to leverage these relationships to expand our EA and PD team and portfolio. Supported by a strong design team, the Regional EA & PD Lead will oversee projects upon award.
The position can be based in one of our four major offices, with a 100% remote option available for the right candidate.
