A leading logistics company is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist to drive productivity and service improvements. You will evaluate capacity, coordinate training, and collaborate with various teams while traveling up to 75% of the time. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, six years of relevant experience, and strong software and communication skills.
This is an interview position.
Remotely steers engineering support within a specific geographic regional assignment for FedEx Hub, Regional Sort Facility (RSF) Operations, Economy Hub, Non-Conveyable Processing Center (NCPC), Linehaul (LH) operations, Station operations, and Corporate to drive productivity and service, process improvements, system and technology enhancements.

If the incumbent resides in the province of Quebec, you must be bilingual (French and English). In addition to the usual factors used in the selection process, all candidates for positions that require driving as a core competency require a valid drivers license (e.g. Class 5,G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application. Further, candidates will be assessed through careful consideration of: 1) their current drivers abstract; 2) their performance during application interviews; and 3) their performance on any driver competency assessments
