Job summary

Sigil Partners seeks a regional engineering leader to oversee multiple manufacturing facilities and the region's engineers. You will set strategic vision, manage a team of direct reports, and ensure smooth operations across geographically dispersed sites.

The role requires remote leadership across sites, with deep knowledge of how raw materials become finished products, equipment controls throughput, energy use, and common bottlenecks. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a Process Engineer in an industry that processes raw materials into finished products.
• Strong data analysis and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manages capital projects from planning through implementation.
• Designs, installs, and optimizes equipment to improve operating efficiency and modernization goals.
• Manages validation, start-up, and commissioning for new projects.
• Collaborates with plant management and maintenance to ensure efficiency and oversee equipment/system trials.
• Uses best practices in problem solving, project management, and execution.
• Leads the regional environmental engineering group, handling permits, audits, and regional administration.
• Demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
