About the Role
As part of their continued growth strategy, they are seeking a Regional Director / Branch Lead to oversee operations in the Nashville market. This position will be responsible for driving financial performance, leading project teams, developing client relationships, and supporting the long-term growth of the business across the region. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an individual with a strong electrical construction background who is looking to have a direct impact on business performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for the Nashville branch.
- Assume full P&L responsibility, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, billing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Operations Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and support staff.
- Drive accountability, succession planning, and professional development across the business.
- Review project performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Oversee estimating activities, change order management, contract reviews, and project execution strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Support preconstruction planning, scheduling, VDC initiatives, and prefabrication strategies.
- Work closely with executive leadership to establish business objectives and regional growth plans.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and industry partners.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry functions, and networking events.
- Promote operational consistency, process improvement, and adherence to company standards across all projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent electrical construction experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing electrical construction operations and project teams.
- Proven experience successfully delivering large-scale electrical construction projects.
