Job summary

Mölnlycke is seeking a regional EHSS Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and security across US manufacturing sites, including Brunswick, ME, Wiscasset, ME, and Anderson, SC.

You will partner with site leaders to embed a proactive safety culture, drive ISO 14001/45001, manage regulatory compliance, and lead risk reduction initiatives across multiple facilities, enabling safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EHSS programs in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to drive compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive culture change across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHSS programs across US manufacturing operations.
• Provide EHSS leadership for facilities in Brunswick, ME, Wiscasset, ME, and Anderson, SC.
• Drive continuous improvement of EHSS management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems and drive audits/inspections.
• Develop, track, and report EHSS metrics and improvement plans.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
