Job summary

Centuri is seeking a Regional EHSQ Manager to drive the EHSQ program across the Mid-Atlantic region, including Manassas, VA, with travel across neighboring states. You will lead the EHSQ team, partner with operations, and align safety, quality, and regulatory efforts with corporate objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in EHSQ, a relevant degree or certification, and a proven track record building high-performing teams within gas utility or heavy infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience within EHSQ.
• Degree or professional certification in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience in gas utility, pipeline construction, or heavy infrastructure industries.
• Expertise in directing the implementation and continuous improvement of EHSQ and regulatory compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Champion continuous improvement of the US Gas EHSQ program and safety culture.
• Lead local implementation of mission, vision, and objectives for operational consistency.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders on safety, quality, or compliance issues.
• Direct activities and development of support personnel for high-level service delivery.
• Provide SME guidance to operations and safety teams; align field actions with goals.
• Stay current on evolving customer requirements and industry practices for compliance.
• Other tasks as requested by leadership.
