Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team is seeking a dynamic WHS Manager to drive a comprehensive safety program across North American sites. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with Operations leadership, and use data-driven insights to reduce risk while enhancing productivity.

The role requires 50-70% travel, leadership of audits, training, and incident investigations, and ensuring compliance across sites. A strong track record in safety leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management
