Job summary

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Regional Research and Learning Coordinator to support PlayMatters research activities across Ethiopia, South Sudan and Uganda. You will coordinate qualitative and quantitative studies, manage data, and help disseminate findings to internal and external partners.

You will lead learning activities, integrate evidence into adaptive management, and collaborate with Airbel, external evaluators, and national teams to advance the PlayMatters learning

Qualifications

• Three+ years in education research in low-resource settings.
• Strong writing skills in English and experience publishing.
• Experience coordinating research activities across partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IRC-led qualitative and quantitative research across Ethiopia, South Sudan, Uganda.
• Lead learning activities and integrate findings into learning agenda.
• Coordinate with Airbel, external evaluators, and country teams for evidence dissemination.
