The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy seeks a Regional Education Quality & Coaching Manager to lead field-based coaching across Greenville. You’ll develop Education Coaches, partner with center and regional leaders, and drive measurable improvements in early childhood learning using data-driven practices.

You will build capacity for strong teaching across infants to school-age children, oversee professional learning, and manage cross-functional projects while aligning with state and district

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood-related field with demonstrated content expertise.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in licensed early care and education.
• Experience leading, managing, or formally coaching adults for at least two years.
• Understanding of center operations and birth through age five.
• Experience using data to inform decisions and monitoring action plans.
• Ability to conduct objective observations and facilitate professional learning.
• Travel willingness and ability, plus background screening requirements.
