As a Regional Education Manager (REM), you should have 5+ years’ experience in managing the full array of professional beauty education and training campaigns that are channel and customer specific. You should have a solid understanding of bringing education and training curriculum to market providing practical application techniques that drive a sales plan for growth as directed by the Channel Education Manager and Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will contribute regularly to education and training initiatives which will drive business for Schwarzkopf Professional and Alterna Haircare by creating value for clients which contribute to long-term complimentary business relationships.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
