Job summary

BJC HealthCare's Central Staffing Office (CSO) seeks a Regional Float ED RN for night shifts to support 11 MO/IL hospitals (excluding Children’s). You will work 3x12-hour nights with rotating weekends/holidays and are assigned to one hospital for 2–12 weeks before rotating, enabling continuity and system exposure.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years ED experience, Missouri license (with IL license ability), TNCC, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Emergency Department (ED) RN experience (required).
• Willingness to travel between MO & IL facilities.
• Missouri RN license with ability to obtain Illinois license.
• TNCC certification.
• ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted.

Responsibilities

• Float to 12 BJC hospitals within Medical, Surgical and Telemetry Units.
• Provide direct patient care with nursing assessment, planning and evaluation.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
