Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Lead to develop and guide a team of Regional Echocardiography Liaisons across a designated geographic area to support cardiovascular medical strategies.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor RELs, drive field medical initiatives, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and other stakeholders to ensure scientific and compliant disease-state education with expertise in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and echocardiography.

Qualifications

• RDCS or RCS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years as a cardiac sonographer.
• Minimum 2 years in pharma/medical device industry or in people management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and mentor RELs.
• Execute field medical initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial and other stakeholders.
• Ensure scientific and compliant delivery of disease-state education with HCM and echocardiography expertise.
• Maintain documentation, monitor performance, and support educational content creation.
