Job summary

MedStar Health in Baltimore seeks a full-time, board-certified cardiologist to serve as Regional Medical Director for the echocardiography program across four hospitals and multiple ambulatory sites. The successful candidate will lead quality initiatives in structural echocardiography and collaborate with cardiology subspecialties.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease and Level III Echocardiography.
• Experience in structural echocardiography preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the echocardiography program as Regional Medical Director for Baltimore across four hospitals and multiple sites.
• Provide leadership to the echo lab and drive quality and program growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and pursue academic opportunities as applicable.
