Job summary

The Center for Child Well-Being, part of the University of Missouri School of Medicine, seeks an Educational Resource Coach to support early childhood programs across Missouri's southeast region. The role requires on-site consultation, training delivery, and MTSS-based coaching for children ages 0-5 with diverse development needs.

Regular travel statewide is expected, with standard business hours and occasional evenings for trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree in related field is preferred.
• Experience with early childhood education settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site consultation and coaching to early childhood programs in MTSS.
• Maintain documentation of project activities and fidelity to iECMH scope.
• Deliver in-person and virtual trainings for diverse stakeholders.
• Stay current on best practices and state mandates in early childhood mental health.
• Contribute to project management initiatives.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
