Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia's Center for Child Well-Being in the Department of Psychiatry seeks an Educational Resource Coach to support Early Childhood Programs including iECMH. The role emphasizes social-emotional learning within MTSS and regional travel across southeast Missouri.

The position requires a strong background in early education, 2+ years experience, and ideally a Master’s degree with state licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred Master’s degree in related field and state licensure.
• 3+ years of experience in early childhood settings; familiarity with Pyramid Model, Conscious Discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site consultation and coaching to East Missouri early childhood programs within MTSS framework.
• Maintain fidelity to iECMH Scope of Work and document activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in early childhood mental health and education in Missouri.
• Deliver in-person and virtual trainings for diverse stakeholders on early childhood mental health and SEL.
• Contribute to project management and development initiatives as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
