Job summary

ALPHA TRANSPORT in Portland, OR is seeking a dedicated Fuel Transport Driver to deliver fuel regionally across Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Washington, Oregon and Idaho. You will operate a sleeper truck, maintain safe driving standards, and follow a defined delivery schedule to ensure timely service.

The role offers weekly home time, a regional route, and a robust benefits package including hard-to-beat bonuses, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fuel to customers across MT, WY, UT, WA, OR and ID.
• Adhere to Safety Regulations at all times.
• Follow delivery schedule.
• Load/unload tanks.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Effective communication and coordination with customers and dispatch.
• Maintain vehicle in clean and tidy condition.

Requirements

• Valid CDL


• Current DOT Medical Card


• Must have Tanker and HazMat endorsement


• Double/Triple Endorsement Preferred


• Professional and courteous attitude toward co-workers, managers and general public at all times


• Basic Math (add, subtract, multiply) required


• Good paperwork skills


• Safe driving abilities


• Physically capable to lift, push, pull minimum of 50 pounds. Able to stand, bend and twist while performing job.

Daily Responsibilities:

The Fuel Transport Driver safely, accurately and expeditiously delivers fuel to our many customers in Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
