Job summary

Alpha Transport, Inc. is seeking a Fuel Transport Driver to specialize in tanker fuel hauling. Training is available for the right candidate with no prior tanker experience.

A sign-on bonus for experienced carded fuel drivers and quarterly safety/performance bonuses are offered. Responsibilities include delivering fuel to customers across multiple western states, loading/unloading tanks, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Must have Tanker and HazMat endorsement.
• Double/Triple Endorsement Preferred.
• Professional and courteous attitude toward co-workers, managers and the public.
• Basic Math (add, subtract, multiply) required.
• Good paperwork skills.
• Safe driving abilities.
• Physically capable to lift, push, pull minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Safety Regulations at all times.
• Follow delivery schedule.
• Load/unload tanks.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Effective communication.
• Maintain vehicle in clean and tidy condition.

The Fuel Transport Driver safely, accurately and expeditiously delivers fuel to our many customers in Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
