Job summary

Ossium Health is looking for a Regional Recovery Account Manager to join their Donor team. This role involves training and strengthening relationships with recovery partners across vertebral body recovery programs in the Northeast Region. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in an organ procurement organization and will need to travel frequently.

Key responsibilities include performing tissue recoveries, training new partners, and ensuring operational support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an organ procurement organization (OPO), with hands-on tissue recovery experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Candidates must reside within the Northeast region of the US and within 30 miles of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Train and assist onboarding new recovery partners.
• Perform tissue recoveries with recovery partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for recovery partners.
