Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years’ experience in distribution operations or related field.
• Associates degree with 12+ years’ experience in distribution operations or related field.
• High school diploma with 14+ years’ experience in distribution operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety practices for employees, public and company property.
• Plan, organize, coordinate and direct distribution asset construction, operation and maintenance.
• Develop tactical plans and budgets aligned with asset management strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet shared performance goals.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through efficient distribution services.
• Lead annual tactical planning for the operating company to meet performance goals.
• Enforce Equal Employment Opportunity and related affirmative action obligations.
• Administer performance management, salary programs, and labor agreements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Associates degree in engineering or related field
