We are seeking a results-driven and strategic

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Distribution Manager to oversee and grow our distributor network across the NAFTA region (U.S., Mexico, and Canada). This role is critical in driving commercial performance through proactive distributor relationship management, KPI tracking, and business development support.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with distributor representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence, support business growth initiatives, and optimize market coverage through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distributor Relationship Management Manage day-to-day relationships and performance KPIs of all distributors in the NAFTA region to drive revenue growth and service excellence.
  • Performance Reviews & Growth Strategy Lead quarterly business reviews and monthly conversion updates to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Identify and implement “share of wallet” expansion strategies.
  • Field Support & Travel Travel regularly with distributor representatives to support customer opportunities and assess service delivery quality.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with Commercial Directors to assign accounts appropriately and manage deployment of Application Engineers to support distributor needs.
  • Network Optimization Proactively assess the effectiveness of distribution partnerships. Identify opportunities to expand or adjust the distributor network based on commercial performance and service benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

  • Strong commercial acumen and proven experience driving results through distributors.
